FlexDelivery FAQ

  • Is FlexDelivery free?

Yes. FlexDelivery™  is a free service.
  • How do I know if a company is FlexDelivery-friendly?

Before you buy, confirm that the online store can ship to a post office box by checking their shipping policy.
  • Why is my FlexDelivery shipping address different from the post office address?

Use your unique FlexDelivery shipping address when you shop online. It features a PO box number and a unique customer ID to allow Canada Post to identify you and ship your items to the post office of your choice.

Use the post office address to get directions to the post office where you can pick up your delivered items.

  • Can I use FlexDelivery internationally?

Yes, you can use FlexDelivery for items you order into Canada. Just confirm that the online store you are purchasing from can ship to a Canadian post office box by checking their shipping policy before you buy.
  • I can’t remember my FlexDelivery address. What can I do?

Sign in to FlexDelivery  to look up your FlexDelivery address. Select the option to add your FlexDelivery address to your address book so you’ll always have it handy.
