Q. How can I make a payment?
A. Select a plan above, or sign in to your account and select "Top up".
Q. How can I get a copy of a receipt?
A. Please sign in and select Settings and Billing to view and download previous receipts.
Q. I don't have a company credit card. Can I still make a purchase?
A. Yes. You can choose to pay by account if you are a Canada Post commercial customer.
Q. Do you need a purchase order?
A. We don't need a PO to invoice you. However, please let us know if you need a PO from us to process your payment and ensure that your service delivery doesn't get interrupted.
Payment methods
We accept major credit cards. Commercial customers of Canada Post can also pay by account.
