Customer Guides effective January 13, 2020
On January 13, 2020 two newly designed customer guides will be in effect:
- Smartmail Marketing Customer Guide highlights a new approach to direct mail that uses its most powerful attributes to amplify the impact of marketing when using Personalized Mail, Postal Code Targeting or Neighbourhood Mail.
- Commercial Mail Customer Guide for all other mailing solutions - Incentive Lettermail, Publications Mail, Business Reply Mail and International Incentive Letter-post.
