I received a damaged parcel. What can I do?

    Although we are committed to handling your mail with care, occasionally mail can become damaged during processing.

    If you have received a damaged item or a parcel with its contents missing, inform the sender, who can submit a claim if the item was sent using one of our trackable services.

    Please note that only senders can file claims.

    What you can do

    • Contact the sender if you are not sure if your parcel was sent through a trackable service.
    • Keep all wrapping, packaging materials, invoices and the damaged item, as they may be required to process the claim.
