If your item is eligible, we’ll email you the following (if you don’t have an email address, we can send details by mail or by phone if no label is needed):

A return shipping label (for returns within Canada)

Send back the item

Ship the item within 30 calendar days of receiving return instructions

Include the return authorization number and your original packing slip

For returns from outside of Canada, you will be responsible for shipping costs. No return label will be provided.

Things to consider
- A restocking fee may apply
- We do not refund shipping fees
- If you use a Canada Post return label, keep the tracking ID for reference
- If you didn’t pay for a returnable item when you placed the order, and don’t complete the return process within the time frame, we’ll consider the item accepted and bill you accordingly
- Refunds follow the original method of payment and are processed within 15 business days* after we receive the item
Returns will be declined if:
- The item isn’t eligible, or
- You don’t follow the process or meet the deadliness
The following items are non-returnable:
- Free-of-charge items (excluding shipping)
- Prepaid commercial shipping labels
- Gold and/or silver bullion coins
*Business day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, a statutory holiday, and any day normally observed as a holiday by Canada Post.
