For the 100^th season, the storied Maple Leafs logo was redesigned with a classic look from half a century ago. This beautiful emblem adorns 50 Permanent™ domestic stamps and the puck-shaped dispenser that holds them.

You can actually feel the heritage in this stamp, thanks to the fabric crest fastened to it. This tactile $5 stamp recreates the sweater worn by captain Ted Kennedy during the 1949-50 NHL® season, the height of Toronto's first dynasty era.

Look closely at these 100^th anniversary stamps and you'll see history running through them. The 13 veins in the top part of the leaf mark the team's 13 Stanley Cup® wins, while a total of 17 veins commemorate the club's 1917 debut.

Many consider him the greatest defenceman to wear the blue and white. Renowned for his strength (and his namesake donut chain), the durable blueliner was part of four championship-winning teams in Toronto.

As leader of the beloved Leafs teams
of the 1970s, he set a record that still stands by tallying 10 points in a single game. In 1976 he thrilled fans across the nation by scoring the Canada Cup-winning goal.
