• Track a Package: customers cannot register for e-mail notifications, or make online payments for duty/taxes
• Advanced Track (EMO) - Manifests cannot be extracted

• Developer Program 
• Sign-up: customers cannot create a new account (consumer or business)
• Online store: customers cannot create orders or check out
• Managed Returns: customers cannot create a new parcel return policy
