We are upgrading our website and online tools to serve you better. Some of our online tools will be unavailable during this upgrade.

From Saturday July 16 at 11 p.m. until Sunday, July 17 at 6 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), the following will be unavailable:

• Parcel Pickup: Customers cannot schedule a pickup
• Request Shipment Refund: Customers cannot cancel labels
• Online Pay Duties and Taxes will not be available
• Track: Deferred Updates & Users cannot register for email notifications
• White Brand Tracking
