Impact on Delivery Standards
November 13 is not considered a business day and must be excluded when calculating expected delivery dates.

For example, an XpresspostTM item deposited on Friday, November 10 with a two-day delivery standard will have an expected delivery date of Wednesday, November 15. Mail deposited on November 13 will only be processed on the following business day and considered deposited on November 14.

If your business is open on Remembrance Day and you normally receive pickup service, we recommend you shift your pickup to a different day.
