Closures and service interruptions

Effective immediately, services for parcels and letters to Guatemala are suspended at the request of the postal operator in the destination country.

Mail and parcels destined for Guatemala will not be accepted by Canada Post for the duration of the suspension. Mail and parcels already deposited with Canada Post for delivery to Guatemala will be returned to sender. Once postal service has resumed, customers will be able to re-send their returned mail items at no additional charge.
