Impact on Delivery Standards

November 11 is not considered a business day and must be excluded when calculating expected delivery dates.

For example, an XpresspostTM item deposited on Thursday, November 10 with a two-day delivery standard will have an expected delivery date of Tuesday, November 15. Mail deposited on November 11 will only be processed on the following business day and considered deposited on November 14.

If your business is open on Remembrance Day and you normally receive a Friday pickup, we recommend you shift your pickup to a different day.
